Ohio Preservation Compact's Marketplace




The Ohio Preservation Compact is pleased to introduce the "Marketplace," where you can list preservation worthy properties that you are interested in selling or rehabbing and view other properties for sale. The goal of the OPC Marketplace is to connect buyers, sellers and developers of affordable housing in an effort to preserve more of Ohio's assisted and privately owned affordable housing stock.
